Message from the CEO

TOMO JAPAN Co., Ltd. operates under the philosophy “Drawing the future, together.” We support people who study, live, work, and do business in Japan, as well as companies preparing to hire overseas talent or considering Japan-China business expansion.

When taking a new step in Japan, the challenges are not only about language. Systems, culture, business customs, and everyday life can all become hurdles. As a bilingual team that understands both Japanese and Chinese backgrounds, we provide hands-on help with practical needs such as study, daily life, translation, interpretation, and business communication.

Going forward, based on the relationships we have built with individuals, schools, and companies, we are preparing to expand into future talent services centered on IT and bilingual professionals after establishing the necessary permissions and operating structure. We aim to understand each person’s experience and potential, as well as the real challenges companies face, and create support that leads to long-term growth.

For matters that require specialist judgment or qualifications, such as residence status, registration, and tax, we coordinate with qualified professionals including administrative scriveners (gyoseishoshi), judicial scriveners (shihoshoshi), and tax accountants, while clarifying roles and responsibilities.

We don't just handle the task or paperwork in front of us. We look ahead to the growth of each person’s study, life, work, and business, and treat every person and company with sincerity.
